Flight Club readies Glasgow opening

The competitive socialising darts concept is opening in Scotland this October.

Flight Club, the competitive socialising darts concept, is opening a new venue in Glasgow this October.

The Scottish site will mark the 11th UK opening for Flight Club and its first in Scotland, bringing people together through multiplayer games, cocktails and food.

The Grade II-listed building on George Street is close to Glasgow Queen Street train station and will feature 15 playing areas, as well as a brunch social every Thursday to Sunday, where prosecco and bottomless pizza will be on offer.

"We are delighted to reveal that we are opening the doors to Flight Club Glasgow in October," says Steve Moore, CEO of Red Engine, which runs Flight Club. "It is our first venue in Scotland, and Glasgow is a city we’ve had our eye on for a long time and a site that’s been years in the making, so this one feels like an extra special opening. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone up to the throwline.

"Glasgow has already got an incredible hospitality scene that we’re thrilled to be joining, bringing something new to the neighbourhood and contributing to a thriving nightlife scene."
