Operator reduces drinks to 2003 prices

Three Cheers Pub Co is celebrating its 20th birthday with ‘20 flash sales’.

London pub operator Three Cheers Pub Co is celebrating its 20th birthday with '20 flash sales', where drinks will be sold at 2003 prices, the year the business was founded.

The boutique pub company, which operates nine venues across the capital, including The Bedford in Balham and The Avalon in Clapham, will host 20, one-hour parties where the drinks prices will be reduced.

Prosecco will be £3 a glass, draught beer £3.50 a pint, house wine £3 for 175ml, a house spirit and mixer will be £3.80, and a Moscow Mule and Cosmopolitan will be £5.

The events will take place simultaneously at all Three Cheers pubs throughout June, July and August.

On top of the drinks deals, the business is also running a £20 three course menu over the summer.

Three Cheers Pub Co is owned by school friends Tom Peake, Mark Reynolds and Nick Fox (pictured above). In 2003 they opened their first pub, The Abbeville in Clapham, close to where they all lived.

Today, 20 years later, they own nine pubs and employ 240 people.
