Pub and bar brands nominated for national awards

The National Pub & Bar Awards has announced its Brands of the Year shortlist.

Six high street pub and bar brands are in the running to scoop a National Pub & Bar Award this June, as the annual competition announces its Brands of the Year shortlist.

On 28 June, representatives from three bar operations and three pub operations will find out if their business has been named Bar Brand of the Year or Pub Brand of the Year.

Bar Brand of the Year nominees are BrewDog Waterloo, NQ64 and last year’s winner Revolution.

The nominees for Pub Brand of the Year are Fuller’s (pictured), The Beech House from Oakman Group, and Hive Pubs from Greene King.

“We’re delighted and honoured that Beech House has been nominated for this prestigious award,” says Peter Borg-Neal, CEO of Oakman Group. “I look forward to joining industry colleagues for the awards where we will celebrate together regardless of who wins.”

The announcement will take place at 30 Euston Square, London, as part of the 2023 National Pub & Bar Awards, which brings together 94 pub operators from across the UK. Those venues were recently named as the best in their counties ahead of the long Easter weekend.
