Star-studded event announced by The Bridge Arms

The dinner will feature some of the best pub chefs in the country.

The Bridge Arms, the Michelin-starred pub near Canterbury in Kent run by Dan and Natasha Smith, has announced a one-off dinner featuring some of the best pub chefs in the country.

The event, which takes place on Monday 23 October, will be made up of a five-course dinner cooked by Sarah Hayward, head chef at The Coach in Marlow (middle); Dave Wall from The Unruly Pig in Suffolk (right); and Rob Tecwyn from The Baring in London (left).

Dan will begin the evening with a selection of snacks from The Bridge Arms, such as buttermilk fried chicken with oyster sauce; and whipped cod’s roe with tapioca crackers. 

Following that, Hayward will cook mussels marinere with warm stout and brown bread; Wall will then serve his monkfish, lobster peppercorn sauce, celeriac and seaweed potato; with Tecwyn following up with rhug estate venison loin and sausage, pickled walnut, swede and tardivo,

Natasha will finish the dinner with Bridge Arms dessert of confit lemon cheesecake choux and sherbet lemon ice cream.
