Roxy Leisure to launch third Liverpool location
The new School Lane location will join the group’s existing sites on Hanover Street and in Cavern Quarter
Roxy Leisure will open its third venue in Liverpool this November. The latest branch, located on School Lane, will offer a range of competitive socialising activities, including 10 pin bowling, American pool, shuffleboard, ice-free curling, tech darts, karaoke, beer pong and more.
While the brand's existing Hanover Street and Cavern Quarter branches are 18s only, the new venue will welcome under 18s at selected times.
Guests will be able to tune into Sky Sports and TNT Sports, as well as order from an updated food menu featuring Italian focaccia pizzas and the brand's signature drinks offering.
Founded by Matthew and Ben Jones, Roxy Leisure opened its first Roxy Ball Room on Boar Lane in Leeds in 2013. The group's second site and first bowling lane concept, Roxy Lanes, then opened on Bond Street in Leeds in 2014. The first Liverpool venue was Hanover Street, which launched in 2016.
The group now has 17 sites across the UK following its most recent launches in Leicester, Cardiff, Birmingham, Edinburgh and Bristol, with other locations including Sheffield, Nottingham and Manchester.
"Since opening our first Roxy venue in Liverpool on Hanover Street back in 2016, the people of Liverpool have been nothing short of supportive. Both of our Roxy Ball Room venues have become fixtures in the city's buzzing hospitality scene, so we're really excited to be opening our first Roxy Lanes concept in the city," says commercial manager Joel Mitchell.
"Not only will Roxy Lanes Liverpool feature 10 pin bowling and a range of exciting activities, but it will also be family-friendly during selected times."
