Street food comp open to pub chefs
The Street Food Championships will return to London on 7 November 2023.
The Street Food Championships will return to London on 7 November 2023, with pub chefs eligible to take part in the event.
The annual cookery competition will be held at Big Penny Social, followed by an after party and awards ceremony.
At the final, 16 chefs will battle it out to win the coveted Street Food Dish of the Year award. Not only that, but they will also be competing for the Chef of the Year title in the Technical Round, which requires them to use a range of sponsors’ products, and a Wings Round, which is sponsored by Major.
Last year's Chef of the Year award went to a pub chef, as Dan Wilson from the New World Trading Company impressed the collection of industry judges.

If pub chefs would like to enter the Street Food Championships, they must submit their signature street food dish online by 8 September 2023.
