Glasgow to welcome new King Pins venue

Bowling and hospitality brand King Pins will open its fourth site this summer.

The bowling and hospitality brand King Pins will open its fourth site this summer, as the Professionals at Play business makes its way to Glasgow.

King Pins Glasgow will be home to a variety of games and activities, including ten-pin bowling, Duck Pin bowling, tech darts, American pool, shuffleboard, ice-free curling and an arcade.

Since launching its first two sites in Manchester in summer 2023 and May 2024, Kings Pins then opened its third venue in Bristol’s Cabot Circus. Glasgow will be the brand’s first site in Scotland and there are plans to open in Belfast and Leeds in the future.

"We’re thrilled to bring King Pins to Glasgow and introduce a fresh and exciting activity experience to the city," says James Travis, brand manager at King Pins. "Glasgow is the perfect location for our first venue in Scotland, and we are eager to be part of such a vibrant and dynamic community. We can’t wait to start welcoming guests and create unforgettable memories."

In August 2024, Roxy Leisure Holdings announced a name change to Professionals at Play, creating a group brand for the competitive socialising operations Roxy Leisure and Pins Leisure. Pins Leisure is made up of bowling-led concepts King Pins and Star Pins.
