Piano Works director joins Greek Street Live
Tristan Moffat, formerly of The Piano Works, has joined Greek Street Live.

Tristan Moffat, formerly operations director of The Piano Works, has joined Greek Street Live, the live music venue in London's Soho.
Upon joining, Moffat has led the complete transformation of 5 Greek Street, creating three new spaces in the historic three-storey townhouse.
Working alongside Dennis Rogers, founder of Gerry’s Club Soho, and Dave Cribb and Lucy Penrose (the minds behind Overtures, London’s first show tune sing-along bar), the foursome have split the venue into Greek Street Live on the ground floor, The Room Where It Happens on the first floor and Oscar's Den on the lower ground.
"We’re building something truly special here,” says Moffat, who left The Piano Works soon after its sale to nightlife operator Nightcap. "Greek Street Live and The Room Where It Happens are all about joy, connection and the power of music to bring people together, whether that’s through a bespoke live music experience or a show-stopping sing-along. Soho has always been a place of creativity, and we’re thrilled to add to its legacy."
Three is the magic number
Once home to the Green Carnation bar, a venue inspired by the legendary Oscar Wilde, the owners say 5 Greek Street has long been a hub where "culture and nightlife converge".
Greek Street Live on the ground floor is now a live music space where the audience request their favourite songs to be performed live by musicians and bands.
The Room Where It Happens is an intimate and vibrant venue celebrating musical theatre. Formerly known as Overtures, this revamped space invites guests to join in singalongs of Broadway and West End classics. The experience features singing waiters and hosts.
Oscar’s Den on the lower ground floor is an intimate cocktail bar with two sunken vaults, offering a secluded and exclusive setting for private parties and group gatherings.
