BAM Karaoke hires new culinary director

BAM Karaoke is set to arrive in London this spring.

A premium luxury karaoke brand has announced the appointment of chef Sabrina Gidda as its consultant culinary director ahead of its UK arrival.

BAM Karaoke is set to arrive in London's entertainment scene with its UK debut this spring, featuring the largest karaoke venue in Europe and, now, a culinary experience led by Gidda (pictured).

The BAM BAM bar's menu will infuse Parisian-inspired dishes with 'bold flavours and eclectic twists'.

What's on the menu?

Highlights on the imminent menu include Devilled Eggs Gribiche with crispy parsley, Steak Tartare croustade with dijonnaise and Maldon Cure Salmon Rilettes with pickled cucumbers and crostini. Guests can also indulge in a series of flatbreads including the Confit Duck and Orange Marmalade or opt for the showstopper Exmoor Caviar with smoked salmon and creme fraiche.

"Music is such a liberator, I love the energy and joy it can bring," says Gidda. "Our aim is to infuse that same dynamic energy into the F&B experience. The menu is bold, playful and vibrant - capturing the essence of what BAM Karaoke stands for."

Additionally, the in-room menu offers bar bites like BAM Fried Chicken and Grilled Cheese with fennel salami.
