Pub & Bar renews partnership with Wine Buyers Awards

After the success of the Wine Buyers Awards 2023, run by the London Wine Fair, Pub & Bar is excited to once again be the official media partner for the categories of On-Trade Wine Buyer Single Venue and On-Trade Wine Buyer Multiple Venues for the 2024 awards.

These awards recognise the UK's professional wine buyers who are shaping and driving the industry. They are centered around a robust and credible judging process, headed up by competition manager Chris Losh, founder of the Sommelier Wine Awards. He will be joined by London Wine Fair event director Hannah Tovey, plus a hand-picked panel of distinguished and experienced judges, including editors from the Pub & Bar team.

Last year's Pub Wine Buyer of the Year was Alistair Morgan from Wadworth Brewery, pictured above.

By winning or being shortlisted, buyers are demonstrating their career excellence, enhancing a venue or store’s reputation, and helping inspire the next generation of the industry.

New for 2024, there are awards for the best On-Trade Team and the best Off-Trade Team.
