Cotswold site reveals final guest chef line-up

Country Creatures has announced the final part of its 2023 guest chef series line-up.

Country Creatures, the Cotswold-based boutique hotel and pub operator, has announced the final part of its 2023 guest chef series line-up.

Joining a roster of past chefs that include Richard Corrigan and Thomasina Miers will be The Quality Chop House’s Sean Searley, Bouchon Racine’s Henry Harris and the Kudu Collective’s Patrick Williams.

Each chef joins executive chef Henrik Ritzen at the Double Red Duke in Clanfield to curate their own bespoke multi-course menus. The food will showcase each of the guest chef’s unique and inventive cooking styles, as well as Country Creatures’ commitment to fire-based cooking.

Run by husband and wife founders Georgie and Sam Pearman (pictured), Country Creatures also operates the London-based Cubitt House group. Earlier this year, its Mayfair pub The Barley Mow was named London Pub & Bar of the Year.
