Robinsons has announced the acquisition of a new pub in Cheshire.

Robinsons has announced the acquisition of a new pub in the heart of Cheshire.

Hartford Hall in Hartford sees the Robinsons managed pub portfolio grow to 28 properties, taking the total licensed premises to over 250 venues across north Wales and the north west of England.

The venue, which also has 20 guest bedrooms, was acquired from Marston’s through a private sale.

"The acquisition of Hartford Hall is a very important part of our long-term growth plans for our managed pub estate, to secure and develop iconic pubs in exceptional locations," says William Robinson, joint managing director at Robinsons. "We believe that the pub has an exciting and prosperous future within our business, which has been around since 1838 and fully intends to be around for a long time to come."

Hartford Hall is the fourth addition to the Robinsons managed estate over the last 18 months.
