Boxpark to expand its own experiential brand

Boxpark is bringing its PlayBox leisure concept to Croydon this winter.

Boxpark, the London-based pop-up mall business, is bringing its PlayBox leisure concept to Croydon this winter, following a successful launch at its Wembley outlet.

PlayBox was a new addition to the Boxpark concept when its Wembley site opened in December 2018, featuring bars, UV pool tables, table tennis, shuffleboard, glow-pong and air hockey.

The PlayBox space at Boxpark Croydon will also be home to a new Nanny Bill’s, the burger business which made it to the 2022 National Burger Awards final.

“The events we run across our various Boxpark locations continue to perform really well and demonstrate the continued appetite among our customers for experiential," says Simon Champion, CEO of Boxpark. "Our PlayBox concept has been a roaring success in Wembley and we can’t wait to launch PlayBox to Croydon to add a complementary element to our existing programming. We’re equally delighted to support the success and growth of Nanny Bill’s and look forward to welcoming them to Croydon.”
