Albert's Schloss readies Liverpool opening

Albert’s Schloss is set to launch its third venue in Liverpool.

Albert’s Schloss is set to launch its third venue with an opening on Bold Street in Liverpool.

The newest Mission Mars-owned business will officially open on Monday 5 December, launching its food and drink offering with an alpine-inspired winter menu.

Liverpool's arrival will mean back-to-back yearly openings for the brand, after Albert's Schloss launched in Birmingham in November last year, six years after the debut site in Manchester.

The Liverpool venue will have a strong focus on food, with menus including European dishes, breakfast, Sunday service and pastries made in the in-house bakery.

There will also be a range of bratwursts on offer, including a classic bratwurst with smoked pork and haus mustard, Kaiserwurst with smoked pork and cheddar, or a vegan wurst with haus mustard.

Drinks include a wide selection of alpine wines, classic and sparkling wines, spirits, and European biers and ciders served from the Bier Palace.

Mission Mars was founded by Roy Ellis and Neil Macleod, who previously launched and built up the Revolution bar brand.
