Young's buys three Marston's sites

The three managed pubs are part of the Revere Pub Company estate.

Young’s has acquired three managed pubs from Marston’s Revere Pub Company.

The sites, which are all freehold, are the Libertine in Bournemouth, White Hart in North Chippenham and White Lion in Tenterden.

In line with Young's expansion plans, the pubs are located in growth markets in the south of England, with attractive characteristics including outside trading and bedrooms.

"We are delighted to add these three iconic pubs to our estate," says Simon Dodd, CEO of Young’s. "Having acquired several pubs in the south of England in recent years, these freehold sites have great potential and fit with our strategy of operating and expanding our premium, well-invested predominantly freehold pub estate."

Libertine features 260 covers, a garden and trading patio. Although fewer covers at 73, the White Hart comes with 11 rooms, while the White Lion has 15.
