The Alchemist launches mindful summer menu

The Alchemist’s new SS25 drinks menu continues the brand’s mix of theatre and innovation.

As pubs and bars prepare for the summer season, cocktail bar brand The Alchemist has revealed its new drinks menu designed for the warmer months.

The Alchemist’s new SS25 drinks menu, which launches this May across its UK venues, continues with the brand’s signature mix of theatre and innovation, with a strong lean into current consumer trends like mindful drinking, experiential serves and ingredient-led storytelling.

"It was important for us to craft a menu that doesn’t just taste and look incredible, but also feels relevant to how people are drinking today," says Jenny McPhee, brand director at The Alchemist. "We've found that customers are both more conscious and curious than ever before – whether it's opting for a low-alcohol option, seeking out functional ingredients that have impact, or wanting a drinking experience that feels exciting and memorable. This menu hits those notes while staying true to The Alchemist’s roots in theatre and innovation."

Some of the new drinks include:

  • The shot of summer - Cosmic Conch: Bacardi Caribbean Spiced Rum, Planetary Pineapple Rum, orgeat, lime, Alchemy IPA and luminous sea foam served in a metal conch, bringing the beach to UK cities
  • A new matcha menu: A functional-style cocktail menu featuring an iced blueberry & matcha latte and a matcha & ginger latte
  • Alchemist No.5: A play on the famous Chanel No.5 perfume, the Alchemist No.5 is served in a black perfume bottle and features St Germain, Dutch Barn Vodka, Muyu Jasmine, Paragon Labdanum, lime and soda
  • Spritz of the season: The Alchemist’s new Sarti Spritz is set to be this summer’s ‘it’ spritz with Sarti Rosa set to be one of this year's best performing spirits

The new menu aims to continue The Alchemist’s commitment to immersive, trend-led mixology that drives social engagement while maintaining speed-of-service and operational consistency.
