Be At One's Best In Glass champion crowned
Léna Fontugne from Be At One Richmond took home the title of Best In Glass 2025.

Bar brand Be At One has crowned the 2025 winner of its in-house Best In Glass cocktail competition.
Now in its third year, the competition from the Stonegate Group brand saw 149 entries submitted, culminating in Léna Fontugne claiming the overall title with their Basil Bloom cocktail.
Taking place at Be At One Regent Street in London, finalists competed in a mystery box round before presenting their signature drinks to a panel of industry judges.
Fontugne fortunes
Fontugne, who works at Be At One Richmond, took home the title of Best In Glass 2025, walking away with a £2,000 cash prize, a ticket into the top 100 at World Class GB 2026, and a VIP trip to the World Class Global Finals 2025.
Their winning cocktail will also take centre stage in Be At One’s seasonal campaign before earning a permanent spot on the brand-new menu launching this May.
They will also receive year-long coaching and mentorship support and WSET Level 3 Award in Spirits.
Fontugne’s cocktail, the Basil Bloom, highlights the grapefruit botanical within Tanqueray No. 10 gin. This drink combines the flavours of homemade basil syrup and triple sec grapefruit sherbet, creating a well-balanced and aromatic experience.
Runner-up Kira O’Connor-Fitzgerald from Be At One Greek Street secured a £1,000 cash prize and a feature in the Best In Glass seasonal campaign, along with an exclusive trip to the World Class GB Finals.
In third place, Isabella Vince from Be At One Liverpool Street won £750 and a spot in the seasonal campaign alongside a trip to the World Class GB Finals.
"Best In Glass is about celebrating the artistry of our bartenders and pushing the boundaries of cocktail innovation," says Chelsie Bailey, head of drinks development at Be At One. "This year’s competition was next level, and Léna truly delivered a world-class performance. We can’t wait for our guests to try their winning creation on our new menu."
