NEOS takes former Revolution site in Bournemouth
Late-night operator NEOS has moved into a former Revolution site.
A new Barbara’s Bier Haus is set to open in Bournemouth in March, as late-night operator NEOS moves into a former Revolution site.
NEOS Hospitality, which launched when REKOM UK separated from its Danish owner REKOM Group in May 2024, will open its new concept Barbara’s Bier Haus on Christchurch Street, following a £1.5m refurbishment.
The après ski-themed party bar was one of two new concepts announced by the business in September 2024, alongside Bonnie Rouge's Pub.
This acquisition will take NEOS Hospitality’s venue count up to 19, further expanding its presence in the south of the UK, running alongside the company’s existing venues in Bournemouth, Cameo and Myu.
Next generation party bar venues
NEOS says the Bournemouth investment marks a key point in its ongoing evolution and mission to establish the "next generation party bar venues" which align with current consumer trends.
"This acquisition is an exciting step forward for NEOS and expands our brand portfolio across key UK locations in line with our growth strategy," says Russell Quelch, CEO of NEOS Hospitality. "Barbara’s, which opens in March, transforms the venue into a vibrant social bar channeling alpine vibes in the heart of Bournemouth. We are confident this will add a taste of apres ski to the south coast.”
NEOS Hospitality operates 19 venues across the UK, with core brands Bonnie Rogue's, Barbara’s Bier Haus and Circuit.
