Cubitt House chef collab reveals impressive line-up

The chef collaboration evenings are led by the Cubitt House pub company in London.

Next year will see the return of 'Cubitt House Eats With', the chef collaboration evenings led by the Cubitt House pub company in London.

Back for a fourth series, the initiative invites some of the UK’s best chefs into Cubitt House kitchens for one-off dinners.

In 2025, chefs such as Asma Khan and Matthew Ryle will cook alongside Cubitt House chef director Ben Tish, with each dinner inspired by the chef in question's cookbook.

To kick off the series on 5 February, Tish will be joined in the kitchen of The Thomas Cubitt by low-waste chef Max La Manna cooking from his book 'You Can Cook This!', which embraces the power of plants with quick and easy meals and minimal waste.

On 30 April, Khan, owner of Darjeeling Express and author of the soon to be released ‘Monsoon’, will take the helm of The Princess Royal kitchen for the evening.

Later in the year...

September will see Tish team up with Josh Katz, owner of Berber & Q, Shawarma Bar and Carmel in Queen’s Park and Fitzrovia.

Cooking from the Berber & Q cookbook, Katz will bring his signature barbecue recipes to the kitchen at The Orange in Pimlico.

Rounding off the series will be Ryle, executive chef partner of Maison François and Café François, who will take over the Alfred Tennyson kitchen, bringing recipes from his first cookbook, which is set to be released next year.

"Cooking with other chefs is not just about sharing a kitchen; it’s about exchanging ideas and learning from each other’s experiences," says Tish. "It’s in collaboration that we find innovation and build camaraderie, something we value greatly at Cubitt House."

Cubitt House is run by founders Sam and Georgie Pearman (pictured). It currently has eight pubs in London, as well as sites in the Cotswolds.
