Wilde offers new bar in Liverpool Street

Staycity Group has opened the doors to its latest Wilde property.

The European aparthotel operator Staycity Group has opened the doors to its latest Wilde property, bringing a new food and drink option to the workers of Liverpool Street in London.

This is the first property to feature Wilde's redesigned logo and branding, including a fresh look to its ground floor interiors heralding a new design approach for the premium brand.

Alongside the 106 apartment rooms, the structured ground floor features a lobby, bar and communal space where guests can gather, work and eat and drink.

The bar, decorated with handmade terracotta tiles, takes centre stage. It is open to guests and non-residents, showcasing artisan gins, locally brewed beers and biodynamic wines, as well as a full range of alcohol-free options. The ground floor also has a coffee shop.

"We are very excited to open in Liverpool Street and to unveil the new direction for Wilde, which takes its design cues from the locality and the history of the East End," says Kelly Morgan, managing director of Wilde Aparthotels. "Our stunning artworks, and around 70% of our food and drink, are sourced from the best of local suppliers and artists, who we’re keen to support and celebrate."

The property is Staycity Group’s fourth Wilde in London alongside Aldgate, Covent Garden and Paddington. Wilde also operates in Berlin, Edinburgh and Manchester, with further sites due to open in Cambridge, Oxford, Lisbon and Porto.
