Incipio Group partners with London's Olympia

Incipio Group has said it will bring an elevated F&B offer to the £1.3bn development.

The London operator behind venues such as The Libertine, The Prince and Pergola on the Wharf has announced a partnership with the new Olympia development in West London.

Incipio Group has said it will bring an elevated F&B offer to the £1.3bn Olympia 14-acre development that is being spearheaded by Yoo Capital and Deutsche Finance International.

The project, which will open in summer 2025, sees the transformation of Olympia, a historic site that boasts a legacy of 137 years.

Incipio Group, which previously ran Pergola Olympia in the space, will command 39,000 sq ft across the development, introducing several concepts ranging from casual ‘grab and go’ offers to premium dining and drinking experiences.

Creating memories

"Olympia is without doubt the most exciting opportunity we have come across as a group; it's rich history, tradition, cultural and creative significance make it a stand-out destination within the UK," says Ed Devenport, CEO of Incipio Group (pictured). "It presents an unmatched canvas for us to curate experiences that are not just about food and drink but about creating memories.

"We understand the legacy of this iconic landmark and see it as an opportunity to blend its rich and fascinating past with the vibrancy of its future. Incipio Group is excited to introduce several diverse and captivating concepts. We want every visitor to find a story that resonates with them, making their visit to Olympia not just a trip, but an unforgettable experience."

Although specific details about each of the concepts are yet to be revealed, visitors can expect a unique blend of cuisines, offerings and experiences, all set against the backdrop of the transformed landmark.
