Arc Inspirations appoints new people and culture director
Lee Woolley brings three decades of experience in hospitality to his new role.
Arc Inspirations, operator of premium bar brands including Manahatta, Banyan Bar & Kitchen and BOX, has announced the appointment of Lee Woolley as its new people and culture director.
Woolley will officially join the Martin Wolstencroft-led business in January, bringing a wealth of experience from his 30-year hospitality career. Having started as a qualified chef, Woolley soon progressed to general manager at Scottish & Newcastle Retail, before transitioning to HR. He has held several senior HR and people roles with businesses including Stonegate, Mitchells & Butlers and Spirit Group. Most recently, he served as director of learning and organisation development at Stonegate, a position he held for over 13 years.
Arc Inspirations aims to provide an exceptional guest experience by recruiting and retaining top talent. As the business expands, Woolley's role with focus on the development of teams throughout the business, steering development programmes and supporting staff in their personal and career progression.

Arc currently operates 19 premium venues across the midlands and north of England. The company recorded record revenues for its most recent financial year (year ending 31 March 2022) and recently launched its largest BOX venue to date in Brindleyplace, Birmingham.
