Arc Inspirations readies East Midlands debut
Arc Inspirations will open its first site in the East Midlands in November.
Arc Inspirations will open its first site in the East Midlands in November, as it continues to grow its estate across the country.
BOX bar will launch on Thurland Street in Nottingham, with the group also on the lookout for a city centre location for its New York-inspired cocktail bar Manahatta, after the company withdrew an application earlier this year to open on Victoria Street.
A sports bar and kitchen brand, BOX currently has locations in Leeds, Headingley, Deansgate in Manchester and Brindleyplace in Birmingham.
Set in the former Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Bank, the brand-new bar will be using the site’s original layout, creating a dramatic space and atmosphere for guests, with touches of the Grade II-listed building’s original architectural features displayed or retained to preserve the venue’s history.
"We have been looking forward to opening our first ever venue in the East Midlands and we’re absolutely thrilled to be launching BOX in Nottingham city centre," says Arc Inspirations CEO Martin Wolstencroft. "Nottingham is home to some of the best sports fans in the country, so we're confident that a premium sports bar like BOX will fit right in and quickly become a popular addition to the incredible nightlife and bar scene here.
"BOX has been a huge hit in major cities like Leeds, Manchester and most recently, Birmingham. We feel like this is the right time to bring the brand to the East Midlands, and with the festive season coming, BOX is going to be the perfect destination for guests to watch, play and party this Christmas.
Arc Inspirations currently operates 19 bars across the Midlands and the north of England, under the brands of Banyan Bar & Kitchen, Manahatta and BOX.
The group recently announced its plans to open its first site in London early next year.
