Fuller’s launches Pride of Fuller’s Awards

Fuller’s has launched the Pride of Fuller’s Awards, which will celebrate those who have gone above and beyond.

Fuller, Smith and Turner PLC has launched the Pride of Fuller’s Awards, which will celebrate members of the public who have recently gone above and beyond, been an inspiration, given up their time to help others or carried out acts of kindness.

This inaugural, nationwide competition is now open for nominations online and will close on Thursday 3 March, when the winners will be chosen.

The winners, together with their friends and family, will be treated to Sunday lunch a Fuller's pub, including wine, beer and soft drinks, hosted on the day by chef Brian Turner CBE.

Lunch will be at either The Bear of Burton, Christchurch, or The Half Moon, Herne Hill, which was named London Pub & Bar of the Year at the 2018 National Pub & Bar Awards.

“Our pubs are at the heart of their communities, and we want to celebrate some of the amazing work people have done during the most testing of times," says Jane Jones, marketing director of Fuller’s. "Pride of Fuller’s is designed to honour those community heroes who really stand out and it only seems fitting to treat them and their families to a Sunday lunch hosted by the icon that is Brian Turner.

“No matter how big or small the act of goodwill, the Pride of Fuller’s Awards is open to all. This could be a friend, a family member, a colleague or someone who you’ve never met before but know has made a difference – we want to help you in saying thank you."

To nominate someone for the Pride of Fuller’s Awards, simply go to the competition’s webpage and complete the form.
