New Spitalfields bar to open later this month

Urban Pubs & Bars' latest project, a new bar and kitchen called Nest, will open its doors on 25 September in Spitalfields, serving classic and signature cocktails, craft beer and a full dining menu.

Set across two levels, Nest will have capacity for 220 guests. Upstairs the mezzanine floor will house a unique nest structure ideal for private hire, with a bird’s eye view of the whole bar.

The ground floor will space for 120, with a bar stocked with premium spirits and craft beers.

Executive chef Max Holba will create an all-day dining menu showcasing modern European cuisine.

“Nest will be the latest addition to our growing portfolio of city bars, joining Fleets - which opened on 17 May - and the now-established Juno Rooms," says Nick Pring, founder and director of Urban Pubs & Bars.

"With its unique mezzanine structure, Nest will be the perfect addition to the group offering the ideal location for private events, after work drinks, a catch up with friends and family or spot of lunch in the city.”

Urban Pubs & Bars has another three sites in the pipeline due to open before the end of 2021.
