Pub companies celebrate employer rankings

Peach and The Coaching Inn Group have been named as the two best pub companies to work for, after placing highly in the Best Companies list 2021. 

Peach moved up to number 24 in the annual ranking of Best Companies and was awarded Three Star accreditation. The Coaching Inn Group sits three places above Peach at number 21.

As well as being named one of the UK's 100 Best Large Companies to Work For, Peach was listed ninth best employer in the East of England.

"Ever since we started Peach 20 years ago, we've genuinely put our people first," says managing director Hamish Stoddart (pictured with the team above). "We've always believed they are the heart of a pub and utterly central to our success. Shared ownership and the longevity of our team prove this. This last year, during the pandemic, we knew it was more important than ever to take good care of the team especially when the pubs were closed and the team furloughed. It was the perfect opportunity to prove it, and we did.
