Punch acquires 24-strong portfolio

Punch Pubs & Co has completed the acquisition of the Milton Three portfolio.

Punch Pubs & Co has completed the acquisition of the Milton Three portfolio, adding 24 pubs to its 1,300-site estate.

The pubs, formerly part of Wear Inns, are located in the north east and Yorkshire, and include The Black Bull in Morpeth, The Cross Keys in Washington, and The New Inn in Wetherby.

Initially marketed as 25 venues, the pubs consists of 21 freeholds and four leaseholds. Over half the purchased estate has been refurbished since 2019.
