“It is a fantastic time to be in the business of food and drink, our guests are becoming more and more astute and the diversification in all categories; in particular softs and low ABV is proving exciting,” says Jessica Closs, brand manager for Darwin & Wallace. “Sustainable choices, syrups and purees made in house where possible, seasonal refreshes and brands with a great story. Just a few of the things that we are looking forward to sharing with our new Canary Wharf neighbourhood in the autumn.”
The food menu will be focused on locally-sourced and sustainably-minded produce, making the most of responsibly-sourced ingredients and wonky veg.
