Society to open food hub in Birmingham
Society is opening its second venue at One Colmore Square.
An independent food hub made up of street food, bars and DJ sets, has announced it will open a second site in Birmingham.
Following the success of its launch in Manchester, Society is opening its second venue at One Colmore Square in February 2025.
The 9,000 sq ft unit in the heart of the city’s business district will be able to host over 350 guests into its open plan dining hall and outdoor terrace.
Society Birmingham will be home to five independent street food kitchens, as well as a craft beer bar, cocktail bar and coffee shop. The Society-operated bar will be the centrepiece at Birmingham, featuring one of the the largest selection of beers in the city with 36 lines of craft beer.
"We can’t wait to open Society Birmingham," says Nick Gregory, co-founder of Society. "Being the second biggest city in the UK, and a hub of culture and entertainment, it is a fantastic location with huge potential to bring something fresh, laid back and sociable.
