NEOS to launch two new brands with fresh capital

NEOS Hospitality will launch two new ‘party bar’ concepts to the UK market.

The nightlife operator formerly known as REKOM UK has revealed plans for two brands after securing fresh capital investment.

Having secured £25m, NEOS Hospitality will launch two new 'party bar' concepts to the UK market.

Bonnie Rogue’s Pub will be a loud and atmospheric party pub, while Barbara’s Bier Haus is an après ski-themed bar that brings 'the mountain vibe' to the high street.

NEOS was launched when REKOM UK separated from its Danish owner REKOM Group in May 2024.

The business says it is now actively target acquisitions in prime city centre locations across the UK, prioritising Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester and Newcastle.

"Our strategic focus is to develop our party bar business," says chief executive officer Russell Quelch. "We have seen strong results throughout 2024 in our party bars, delivering 12% revenue growth versus 2023. Extended trading hours and a wide consumer base have been key to this success.

"This strong performance has given us the confidence to invest in the new concepts and grow our business over the coming months and years. We are focused on the next stage of our strategic plan to double the party bar portfolio by the end of 2025."

NEOS says it has several new locations in sight with an acquisition imminent and a clear timeline to rebrand the existing portfolio where relevant.
