Kerfield Arms becomes second Michelin-star pub in London
Rob Tecwyn and Adam Symonds’ Kerfield Arms has obtained a Michelin star.
The Kerfield Arms in Camberwell has become one of only two pubs in London to hold a Michelin star.
Following the Michelin Guide ceremony in Dublin on 9 February 2026, the south east London pub from Rob Tecwyn and Adam Symonds joined The Harwood Arms in Fulham by obtaining the accolade.
Michelin said chef Jay Styler impressed its inspectors with dishes that show "how simply delicious pared-back cooking can be", exemplified by plates such as the pub's quince and bay leaf custard doughnut.
Tecwyn and Symonds are also the duo behind The Baring in Islington. They opened their second pub in Camberwell in the former Crooked Well site following the success of their debut business in north London.
The Bridge Arms in Kent, which Dan and Natasha Smith gave up the lease of last summer, was the only pub to lose its Michelin star in the 2026 guide, meaning the number of pubs to hold the accolade around the UK remains at 19.
