NEOS confirms two-brand concept for Tiger Tiger

Tiger Tiger will be turned into a combined Bonnie Rogues and Barbara’s Bier Haus venue.

Following the news that NEOS Hospitality has bought London nightclub Tiger Tiger, the bar operator has confirmed the concepts that will move into the space.

A multi-million pound project will create the UK’s first combined Bonnie Rogues and Barbara’s Bier Haus venue, the first time the two NEOS concepts have ever been brought together.

Bonnie Rogues is a take on the British pub, while Barbara’s Bier Haus is an après ski-themed bar.

At the time of the purchase, NEOS said the redevelopment will transform the existing building into "an entirely new hospitality proposition", which has now been clarified by the debut brand collaboration.

"Haymarket is one of London’s most iconic nightlife streets, and transforming the former Tiger Tiger into something completely new is a huge opportunity for us," says Russell Quelch, CEO of NEOS Hospitality. "This is our first London venue, and the first time we’ve ever combined Bonnie Rogues and Barbara’s Bier Haus, so we’re putting everything into making it unforgettable.

"We’ve been working with the landlord, Criterion Capital, for over a year on this project, and we’re really excited to bring such a fun and different new concept to the heart of London. It’s an all-day venue that shifts gears, builds energy and delivers moments people will want to come back for again and again."

The Bonnie Rogues and Barbara’s Bier Haus venue is set to open in summer 2026.
