NEOS takes Tiger Tiger for first ever London site

NEOS Hospitality has acquired the former Tiger Tiger site on Haymarket in London.

NEOS Hospitality has announced the acquisition of the former Tiger Tiger site on Haymarket in London, paving the way for the group to open in the capital for the first time.

While NEOS is yet to confirm what Tiger Tiger will become, its has said the redevelopment will transform the existing building into "an entirely new hospitality proposition", suggesting it might not be one of its après ski-themed Barbara’s Bier Haus or ‘party pub’ Bonnie Rogues.

When speaking with Pub & Bar at the end of 2025, NEOS CEO Russell Quelch (pictured) said the nightclubs in its estate were "only in there because of historical leases", so it will be intriguing to see what the business does with such a renowned nightclub space.

The landmark West End location will now undergo a multi-million pound redevelopment ahead of its opening this summer.

“Securing the Haymarket site is a very significant moment for NEOS," says Quelch. "Tiger Tiger was an icon of London nightlife, and transforming this landmark location into something completely new is an opportunity we’ve approached with ambition and care. After working closely with the landlord, Criterion Capital, for over a year, we’re confident this redevelopment will deliver a standout destination for the city.

“This will be our first London venue and represents a major step forward in our growth strategy. We’re focused on creating an all-day, high-energy venue built around strong guest engagement, memorable experiences and long-term commercial strength.”

The investment will include a complete interior overhaul, new layouts tailored to all-day trading, and state-of-the-art lighting and sound. Further details on the venue concept will be announced soon.
