Stevie Parle launches Town Bar
The bar introduces an alternative way for diners to secure a seat at the Drury Lane restaurant, even when it is fully booked.
Following the success of his new Drury Lane restaurant, Town, Stevie Parle has launched an accompanying standalone drinking venue, Town Bar.
Headed up by Kevin Armstrong of Satan's Whiskers, the bar introduces an alternative way for diners to secure a seat at the restaurant, even when it is fully booked.
The menu
Armstrong's cocktail programme features a mix of classics and original serves, including the hit 'chargers' – a new category of cocktails created for Town. A Dill Boy martini pairs vodka and aqvavit with dry vermouth and dill oil, while the Somerset Negroni combines Somerset apple brandy with bitter bianco, sweet vermouth and apple eau de vie.
Parle's food menu is available at the bar, whether guests are after a portion of Fried Sage Leaves or a full dinner.
Town Bar is open to walk-ins from midday to midnight Monday to Saturday, and midday until 6pm on Sundays.
