Fourth, provider of integrated hospitality workforce management and cost-control operations platform, has merged with HotSchedules, which offers workforce and inventory management solutions for the restaurant industry.
In an agreement backed by Marlin Equity Partners and Insight Venture Partners, the merged company now represents the world’s largest end-to-end restaurant and hospitality management solutions, representing single location sites and franchisee restaurants to a global restaurant or hotel chains.
The combined company’s complete software-as-service (SaaS) solution suite now serves customers in 120,000 locations worldwide, supported by a team across offices in the US, UK, Bulgaria, China, Australia and UAE.
