Wiltshire pub group and family brewer Wadworth is celebrating Coeliac Awareness Week with the launch of its new gluten-free menus.
The Coeliac UK accredited menus feature in the group’s 55 managed pubs, including classic pub dishes such as pizzas and puddings.
Each pub has an average of 16 gluten free dishes available from starters, mains and desserts.
“People who have to choose to follow a gluten-free diet shouldn’t need to miss out on anything,” comments Scott Ferguson, food development manager for Wadworth.
“We have taken great care to create a very comprehensive range of gluten free dishes to suit everyone.”
Every Wadworth gluten-free menu is accredited with the Coeliac UK knife and fork symbol, which shows the food and its preparation is free from gluten.
