The Inn Collection Group has reopened County Durham pub The Seaton Lane Inn following a major refurbishment.
The dining and bar areas have had a total redesign with an outdoor theme, complete with vivid prints, bright earthy colours, and retro furniture and lighting.
A botanical-themed orangery has been added with a water feature and plant walls.
Each of the inn’s 18 en-suite bedrooms have been refurbished, with signature wallpaper, natural-coloured paneling and metallic detailing.
“We are absolutely delighted with the refurbishment and the outstanding level of feedback we have received from customers,” comments Sean Donkin, MD of The Inn Collection Group, which owns the pub.
“Their experience is at the very heart of our operations and the investment in this enhanced environment and the contemporary facilities here at The Seaton Lane Inn encapsulates the continual evolution of our group.”
“The best thing has been seeing people’s reactions when they step inside,” adds The Seaton Lane Inn general manager Paul Brown.
“We went to great lengths to keep the new interior a secret and the end result is spectacular with real wow-factor.
“The investment has transformed The Seaton Lane Inn into a sophisticated, yet relaxed place you just won’t want to leave and a tremendous asset for business and consumer guests in County Durham, serving quality homemade food and drink all day, every day as well as providing high-quality, AA four-star accommodation.”
