Evans & Peel is set to open a new 1920s prohibition-style bar and restaurant in west London’s Chiswick.
Disguised as an old London pharmacy, the hidden bar will be styled with vintage furniture, giving guests the feel of walking into a 1920s pharmacy, and will serve an extensive cocktail list, as well as small plates of 1920s American classics. The venue will be low lit and secluded, with antique surgical equipment and secret draws located around the bar.
The bar will have a secret entrance fronted by a 1920s themed pharmacy. Guests will ring the doorbell and be greeted by a pharmacist, and they must then make their way to the secret bars, using passwords to get through.
The bar and restaurant will open from 21 August for a soft launch.
